There are not that many bad things that you can say about the Venice Luxury Residences. Actually, you cannot find any fault aside from the availability of public transportation in the area. However, if you can actually afford a condominium unit in the Residences then you must also have a car of your own, so you do not actually need to worry about getting around the place.
As mentioned earlier, the units do have somewhat larger price tags compared to other condominiums, but if you think about it, opulent living must come at a price. The suites in the Venice Luxury Residences are not priced the same as regular condominium units because you are not getting the usual run-of-the-mill rooms. You are getting probably the most luxurious living spaces available to date.
The suites in the Residences look and feel more like hotel rooms rather than condo units, and the amenities just reinforce that feeling in you. Even the buildings’ recreational amenities are comparable, if not better, than what most hotels in the Metro have to offer. How many condominiums do you know of that have its own sauna and Jacuzzi?
